This platform was not great before the re-platforming. More than 18 months on and it is still shocking. Almost always on hold when call for help - they seem to know we will be waiting as have invested in a 'we thought you would like to choose some music' software rather than more people to answer the phones - tells you all you need to know - will never, ever use this platform again - no matter how cheap it is - just not worth the extra man hours to deal with them.

Simply the best there is. Have always done what they said they would do - the best of which is reducing charges to clients which fits with my core value of being fair and offering great value to my clients. IN the 12 years I have been dealing with them, the phone has never, never, never ever rung more than 5 times before being answered - and that is through huge growth as well. An example to all others on how this should be done.
